Terms and Conditions of Competition

The promoter is: Unity Doors Ltd (company no. 12429038) whose registered office is at 2 Imperial Square, Cheltenham, United Kingdom, GL50 1QB

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over including employees and friends/family and must meet the following requirements (the “Eligibility Criteria”):
• a. reside in mainland UK
• b. be at least 18 years of age or older; and
• c. have access to the internet, and have access to the Microsite (defined below).
• Where the Entrant is under the age of 18, Entry to the competition must be submitted on behalf of and authorised by the Entrant’s parent or legal guardian.
• one entry per household

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition and any purchase made will not increase the chance of winning.

This Competition will run for the “Competition Period” which shall be from 09.00 hours on 7th December 2020 until 16.00 hours on 18th December 2020 (the “Closing Date”). By entering this Competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). The details of the Competition form part of these T&Cs. You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for reference. Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited, at Unity Doors’ sole discretion.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Every person who meets the Eligibility Criteria (“Entrant”) shall be entitled during the Competition Period, to do the following in order to enter (entries will not be deemed complete unless this information is provided):

No bulk, software-generated, automatic, or third-party entries shall be accepted. Unity Doors Ltd does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible in any such instance.

The prize is as follows:
Five runner up prizes of bespoke iPad holders will be awarded each Friday afternoon, with an overall ‘winner’ announced Friday 18th December of a fully-fitted, fully furnished composite door up to the value of £700, including fitting which is included in the prize.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winning entry will be selected based on creativity of the entry. The decision of Unity Doors Ltd will be final. There will be only one overall winner who will receive a fully-fitted, fully furnished composite door.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

Unity Group will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner of the Winner’s Prize via the social medium chosen to enter the competition, no later than 18th December 2020. Unity Doors is not responsible for information recorded incorrectly. If having made those efforts it is not possible to contact the winner, it reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next valid Entrant, who will be subject to the same terms and conditions.

The name of the winner, will be obtainable for three months from the Closing Date upon application to Unity Doors Festive Door Competition 2020’ (Winners Details Request), to 2 Imperial Square, Cheltenham, United Kingdom, GL50 1QB.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
